Handy prime number generator. The "y" in ℙryme is because my wife asked me "why" Im writing this silly app. My reason is that I find a certain fascination in prime numbers and wanted an easy way to play with them.
Definition: A prime number is a positive integer, greater than 1, that has exactly two positive integer factors, 1 and itself.
ℙryme quickly generates and lists prime numbers, up to the maximum number specified by the user (program default is 1,000,000). A separate list of palindrome prime numbers can also be displayed. The column on the left indicates the difference between the prime number and its predecessor. The right column is a running number which numbers the prime numbers and lets the user see how many prime numbers there are up to a certain number (for example, there are 167 prime numbers before the number 1000).
Now doesnt that just make life worth living?
